Hi GMC'ers! Welcome to this second lesson about Robert Fripp & The League of Crafty Guitarrists. This lesson is really different from the other because here we don't have an additive layered loop composition. Here all the guitars start playing and we have a typical harmonic change at measure 21. That change is something new in this lesson since the previous one was a whole idea that kept adding layers and eventually end.
In the videos you'll find that I play only the "lead" guitar but in the Guitar Pro transcription you'll find all of them.
As in the other lesson I leave you some nice records of this group.
-The League of Crafty Guitarists Live!
-Show of Hands
-Intergalactic Boogie Express: Live in Europe
The tuning for this lesson, as in the previous lesson, is the one that Fripp calls "The new standard tuning", it's all in fifths with the exception between the 2nd and 1st string that are a minor 3rd apart:
6th- C
5th- G
4th- D
3rd- A
2nd- E
1st- G
I hope you enjoy the lesson! :)
